Dr. Flink is a native of Ishpeming, MI. She attended Northern Michigan University and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan in 2000. Dr. Flink completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Ann Arbor, MI. She has worked in private practice in the Green Bay area since 2002, and joined Dental Arts in 2008.

Dr. Flink is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), and Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Society where she served as President in 2007. Dr. Flink has remained active in various community projects throughout the years, including events like Healthy Kids Day through the YMCA.
